Friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and pretty new inside. Room is quiet as long as you do not have a west facing room. Bus barn next door can get noisy at night. Several stays at hotel in Nov and Dec. If you are looking for a place to eat nearby all that is available is fast food. Area is a little sketchy too.

Gabby was the front desk clerk when I checked in yesterday evening. Man, was she an absolute gem of a lady. She was kind, caring, knowledgeable and attentive. The room is exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast this morning was great too. The rest of my stay will phenomenal if it's anything like my first night.

I stayed at this hotel for 41 nights and did not encountered a single problem. I really don't have anything negative to say. All the Front Desk agent were competent and professional. Honestly the fact that they charged me weekly on the same day without fail and without reminders is already more than I can say for other hotels. They also handled my three extensions without issues. I had numerous packages delivered and they were always taken care of and accounted for. They always had quaters for the washer and dryer, which is surprising. The parking lot wrapped around the hotel with plenty of spots and well lit. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The property looks pretty new and its kept clean. I never saw a mess anywhere and I consistently got housekeeping service when I removed my door tag. Im not sure if I had the same housekeeping always but they never missed anything when they serviced my room.

Stayed here for almost a month and really enjoyed my stay. I will say it is not the safest part of town, but the hotel takes their own precautions when it comes to safety as far as cameras in the parking lot and locking the front door and the only access into the hotel is with your room key or having the receptionist let you in. Gabby at the Front knew me by name and always made sure to say hi to me when I walked in, she’s very accommodating and was always able to answer any question I had. I was not a fan of having to pay for parking every day considering I was staying for so long due to work. The rooms are very clean and the housekeepers do a great job tidying up the room every other day and even washed my dishes every time I would dirty them. I do enjoy going to the gym, but was a little taken back after seeing this gym just due to the blinds, covering the windows that are facing the parking lot and you can see directly in, truthfully wish that they had darker shades to where you couldn’t see in. It definitely makes you a little uncomfortable, especially being that this is not the best area. Overall, it was great.

For the price, this place is great and I recommend it. Somehow a ring I never take off, fell off while at the hotel in my room and the hotel contacted me that day and sent the ring back to me across the country. I think most places would not have reached out to the consumer like they did here and I am forever grateful. Top notch service and going the extra mile. Thank you to the staff.
